Day to day, Ashmita is the connective tissue between clients and the internal team, making sure requests are heard, jobs are moving, and nothing slips through the cracks. What makes her effective isn’t just the attention to detail, it’s a genuine care for the people on both sides of every project. Outside of work, you’ll find Ashmita hunting down a great coffee shop, heading into the mountains, or picking up a new hobby.
