Thomas’ roofing story started young, spudding tar and gravel roofs alongside his dad and uncle as a teenager. Thirty years later, that foundation has grown into one of the most well-rounded sets of credentials in the industry: Gold Seal Estimator, Gold Seal Project Manager, AScT, and Passive House Consultant. As Production Operations Manager, Thomas leads by example, equipping his team with the knowledge and tools to do their best work every day. Outside of the job, family camping and hiking trips keep him grounded, and as a founding director of Building Science & Beer Canada, his commitment to building better doesn’t clock out at five.
